We offer produce in minumums of weights and pieces.
Produce like bananas and cucumbers can come in different sizes depending on what’s beast quality and available on the days we buy.
For these types of produce we choose to sell in minimum weights rather then pieces. We always aim to get as close to the listed portion as possible — however, as produce doesn’t always come in perfectly consistent sizes, your actual weight may vary by up to approximately 50g either way. For example, a 500g portion might come in at 490g or 520g depending on the size of the item. Where there’s a choice, we prefer to go slightly over rather than under, so you’re always getting great value.
Some produce also has minimum pieces. For example, avocados and Broccoli are sold in pieces. While Avocado comes in different sizes This means when you add one unit of that item to your order, you’re receiving at least the minimum portion.
-
